Paper Submission

Papers submissions for the 2014 ASCE Earth and Space conference are due July 16, 2014.   Papers will be assimilated into conference proceedings and copyrighted and published by ASCE on CD and electronically in their online library.   The ASCE Authorship originality and CTA form is required.  Papers must be presented during the conference or will be removed from proceedings.  Papers will be peer reviewed and should be 6-10 pages (suggested)  in length.  A strict maximum of 15 pages can be accommodated; however there is a $20/page additional charge for pages 11-15.  Payment of additional pages will be incorporated into the conference registration procedure.

A Paper Template is provided and may be downloaded to assist you in preparation of your paper.  It has been formatted appropriately and contains more detailed information.  Please take care that the paper you upload is your final version.  Once the review process has begun, authors are locked out of EDAS system.  Should a replacement be necessary and you do not have access; please notify conference organizers at earthconf2014@mst.edu; include your paper number in message and attach replacement.

To upload your paper, please login to EDAS at http://edas.info/16929 and follow the steps below:

1. On your user homepage, click the Title of the paper you wish to submit.
2. Before uploading your file, please make any necessary corrections to the paper information (ex. Author corrections, Paper Title, Keywords).
3. Next to the “Copyright Form” Property, click the add icon and upload your copyright form. The copyright form is required before the review manuscript can be uploaded.
4. Next to the "Review Manuscript" Property, click the upload icon . (Papers may be 6-10 pages (suggested) for each accepted paper in the proceedings, but may have up to 15 pages maximum with additional charges.)
5. Browse for the correct file name and upload your paper.  (You can upload the following file types: PDF, Microsoft Word doc, or Microsoft Word docx).
