Cancellation Policy:
Missouri S&T reserves the right to cancel its programs in the event of insufficient registrations, instructor illness, severe weather, or natural disaster. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified immediately and all fees returned in full. Individuals wishing to cancel their registrations must do so by close of business on September 30, 2014. Refunds will not be made after this date. Substitutions may be made.

Programs and sessions are subject to change and Missouri S&T reserves the right to substitute a program, session and/or speaker of equal caliber to fulfill conference schedule and requirements. Changes will be posted to conference schedule as quickly as possible.

‌Registration fees include conference proceedings and handout materials, reception Monday evening, continental breakfast and two breaks daily and Awards Luncheon.

Daily rates include amenities, breaks and the awards luncheon, if attending on Tuesday.
